At Art in Profiles, we value the quality of our posters and our customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Right to Withdraw
According to the Consumer Protection Code, you can request a return of your order within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
The poster must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.
The product must be sent in its original packaging or in packaging that ensures its protection during transit.
You will receive a full refund, including shipping.
2. Exchange Due to Defect or Delivery Problem
If the product has a printing defect, shipping damage, or a discrepancy with the order, you can request an exchange within 15 calendar days of receiving it.
Send photos of the defect or damage to our customer service email address.
Once the issue is confirmed, the exchange will be made at no additional cost to the customer.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Refund
Send a message to our customer service team:
Include in your email:
Full name
Order number
Reason for the request
Product photos (if applicable)
Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with shipping or pickup instructions.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund period for credit cards is up to 2 invoices, according to the administrator's rules.
Payments via Pix or boleto will be refunded within 10 business days after confirmation of receipt of the returned product.
5. Important Notes
Customized products (with a name, dedication, or custom adjustments) are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of defects or damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly package the product for return, avoiding damage during transportation.
