Our shipping varies depending on your zip code. However, keep an eye on the website as from time to time we run promotions with coupons with free shipping, only for deliveries to Brazil. Are there any “surprise” hidden fees?

 

We have no hidden fees. You pay for the product plus shipping only. There are no surprises during the checkout process. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As we only work with on-demand products, and we depend on a printing company to print our material. It may take up to seven days to ship your order. So, once your order is shipped, you can wait between 12 and 21 days to receive it at the address registered at the time of purchase. However, if you intend to place an order as a gift item, we recommend that you order in advance to avoid unforeseen circumstances.

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can request an exchange within 15 days of making your purchase.

 

I'M CONCERNED ABOUT SHIPPING ABROAD

Many of our customers are overseas, so we ship overseas on a regular basis without any problems. Plus, all of our orders are covered by shipping insurance as standard, so you really have nothing to lose.

 

HOW DO I PROTECT MY PRINTS?

We use world-class printing technology, inks and papers. This ensures that our prints resist fading and weathering and endure for your future enjoyment. However, we strongly recommend that you do not expose any prints to direct sunlight. Framing with glass further reduces UV damage and preserves the quality of prints for longer.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No, we are a POD (print on demand) service, we do not hold stock. We individually print each order as it arrives. This ensures that our prints are of a higher quality than mass-produced prints offered in other stores. Plus, you can be sure that what you receive is freshly printed and has never been stored somewhere for years.

 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED!

We do everything we can to protect your items. We ship all prints packaged in strong postal tubes, with suspension at both ends. Unfortunately, however, once we ship a package, we have no control over how it is handled, and occasionally a package may be damaged in transit. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as you receive your package and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability for you.

 

DO YOU SELL THE IMAGE IN HIGH RESOLUTION SO I CAN PRINT MY OWN COPIES?

This is possible if you are willing to pay for the rights to use the artwork in question.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive your shipment and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
